Private Hire Terms & Conditions

Quotes for private travel are valid for 14 days from the date the quote is given. After such time a new request should be submitted.

Whilst we will work with you at all times. It is the responsibility of the person making the booking to ensure times given for pick ups and time allowed for travel on all journeys are accurate and you have allowed enough time to get to the destination. 

North Essex Travel Limited will not be held responsible if we get to our destination later than planned due to traffic or any other reason. 

For private hire bookings to be confirmed a 20% non-refundable deposit must be paid. The remaining balance should be paid at the latest 5 days before the date of the booking. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the time stated may cause you to lose your booking.

Any damage found to be caused to any part of the vehicle by a member of the group whilst on a private hire, will be repaired and the cost invoiced to the person or company responsible for the booking.

In the event that any part of the vehicle is left in a very messy or unhygienic state. A cleaning bill of £100 will be issued to the person or company responsible for the booking.
